I chose Rodriguez Painting for many reasons. The estimate was detailed, a licensed contractor, uses high quality paint, no up-front deposit, and a reasonable price. I needed the wood trim, shutters, gutteres and downspouts painted. The painter and I walked through the project before and after cleaning/painting. The workmanship was excellent. They cleaned up after the painting was completed. I am very pleased that I chose Rodriguez Painting and will hire them again. They painted my front porch. They came to pressure wash, but couldn't paint until it dried, which could have been the next weekday. Unfortunately, the rains came. The rain stopped the weekday painting for several days. They worked with me to come out on Sunday to paint my porch. They did an EXCELLENT job! It's refreshed, and my new door stands out more. They even voluntarily left the leftover can of paint so I can do my own touch ups, even though their contract says they will do it. It's an exceptional job, and SO WAS THE RATE! THANK YOU folks! My painter name is Jonathan Velasquez. He was very professional on time, precision work ethic, and right on point with the match of the paint. When he finished my House looked brand new!!!!! It was built in 2005. Wow. It feels great the neighbors stop and talked with Johnathan and one has received an estimate. Our HOA sent us a letter requesting pressure washing, painting of facia, and rake boards. We contacted Rodriguez Painting after seeing their van at a neighbor's home. The office was very polite and set and appointment for an estimate. The estimator came out and assessed the exterior of our home. there were recommendations for painting and some wood replacement in addition to pressure washing. We received a quote and agreed to the work and scheduled the appointment. The painters arrived at the scheduled time and started the work. It was completed the second day and they did a great job. They were very pleasant and professional. We paid via credit card. They cleaned up after the work and we're very happy with the job.George S.

I contacted Rodriguez painting after seeing them painting another home in my neighborhood, it was so easy and simple to schedule an appt for an estimate, they came within a few days of me calling. Francisco was very professional & walked over everything with me. While I waited he was able to give me an estimate for my services right on the spot, my exterior paint, siding and wood repair was done & I included interior paint going up my stairs all of this was done in 3 DAYS!!! and before my actually appt time. I did my due diligence and had 3 estimates done. The prices for all three companies was fairly consistent. Yes my price exceeded the advertised coupon rate, but I had 40 windows that had to be hand painted. That price is a good starting rate but don't be surprised when it goes up once the see what work actually needs to be done. I chose Rodriguez because their quote was all inclusive. I was offset by the other companies bad mouthing each other. Rodriguez did an amazing job. Anthony did my estimate and Alejandro group did the painting. Rodriguez Painting, identified by their orange color, did a terrific job painting my house. I called and scheduled an appointment, they showed up on time, did an assessment of my house, talked me through what to expect, gave me a fair quote and a folder which contained a copy of their business certificate, insurance, references and a detailed estimate which included a description of the work that would be completed. We scheduled the date to paint. Noel was terrific and I was impressed with the crew of 3 who displayed amazing teamwork. They were polite, courteous and professional and worked very hard every day. In 3 days my house was done and it looked beautiful. I would highly recommend Rodriguez Painting.

Rodriguez painting crew painted the exterior of our home. They did an amazing job with meticulous attention to detail. I knew they cared about the end result when on day 1 when pressure washing the exterior and replacing the rotting wood around the windows and on easements, it looked amazing so I knew the paint was going to be the icing on the cake. The painters were punctual and arrived every morning at the same time, straightened up each day prior to leaving, and answered all of my questions as the job progressed to ensure I was satisfied. Before completing the job, they did a final walk-through to ensure that they hadn't missed any spots! We are very happy and their work exceeded my expectations. We definitely would use them again and highly recommend them for any and all painting needs.

We used Rodriguez Painting to do our exterior painting. Alejandro and his crew did a fantastic job! There was a hiccup on the first day with the service they were to provide, but I called and the representative took care of the issue immediately. They completed the entire exterior including our awning in a timely manner. I referred them to our neighbor and they used them as well. The price was just right and they used Sherwin-Williams Premium Paint. Will definitely use them again in the future!

I was amazed at the way this business was run. From the moment I called into the office I was greeted with very friendly office staff to schedule an estimate. My estimator showed up on time and walked the property with me and answered all my questions. My parents just got their house painted recently with Rodriguez painting and they were very satisfied with the project. The estimate given was very fair and the job was done smoothly in about 3 days. They mentioned plenty of times that we didn't have to pay until the job was completely to our satisfaction and they meant it. Process was super smooth from the very beginning when scheduling the appointment. The quote guy-Carlos was early and checked in with us to see if it was okay to go ahead and come. He was very knowledgeable regarding types of paint and also with carpentry. He guided us in what siding needed to be replace and wood on one of our doors. We thought it would be more but he said those areas was not necessary so that made us feel that he was honest and not just wanted our money. We got two other quotes but didn't receive the same attention and great customer service we got from Rodriguez Painting. This is also why we decided to go with them. We scheduled and when the painters arrived, they were very professional and friendly. They did a PHENOMENAL job and answered any questions we had. Our lead painter was Edgar. I highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again!

Rodriguez Painting did an amazing job from the bid all the way to through the painting of the inside and outside of our home. My wife and I are very picky people and had made an extensive list before the final day of painting. However, they had already taken care of 90% of that list before the walk-through and handled the rest of the small touch-up issues quickly, professionally, and without complaint. I was nervous about the mixed reviews. The painters showed up on time as promised. Pressure washed the house, replaced rotted wood, used Sherwin Williams stucco paint and super paint. We paid extra for better paint and to pressure wash our driveway, pavers, and patios. They also painted our patio and porch. The painter asked us daily to inspect the progress and upon completion. We did catch little things along the way, and when we mentioned it he took care of it right away. The contract was followed to a T. Rodriquez Painting was our choice for exterior painting 11 years ago. We chose them again this year because of the excellent service that they gave us 11 years ago. Jeffrey Venegas, our painter, was so detailed, just like 11 years ago, with, cleaning every surface, sanding where needed, caulking all critical areas, correcting and fixing problems where the wood had failed, and making sure that every part of the exterior was excellently finished. Rodriguez Painting sent me a person to do the estimate. As soon as we decided they came the next day and started the pressure washing. Next day started repairs for replacing damaged wood. 3rd day they came and worked doing the caulking and priming. It rained one day and came back stared painting!! They did a great job and we are very please!
I was skeptical at first because of the low estimate because I got two other estimates that were a lot higher, but I was very impressed and pleased with the job they did. They were on time, repaired all the damaged siding, painted the house, the trim, the doors and the shutters and completed the job in two days. I will recommend them to other family and friends.
